RETURN POLICY
Customers must obtain a Return Merchandise
Authorization number (RMA No.), along with specific instructions. In Addition, the item must
be sent back in the exact same condition you received it. No refund or Exchanges will be accepted after
30 days from receipt of purchase. You are responsible for safe packaging, the return shipping costs, and the product(s) must
be insured. If you have purchased with a credit card, the credited amount to your account would consist
of the purchase price minus a restocking charge (if applicable), minus the original shipping, handling
and insurance charges, upon receipt of the returned merchandise.
RETURN AUTHORIZATION
For product replacement or exchanges,
and credit, you must contact us at Universal Rock Shop (e.g. universalrockshop.com) for a Return
Merchandise Number (RMA#) before a return can be processed. Please reference your order number/invoice
number on all e-mail correspondence. Returned products should be shipped to the following address:

Please RETAIN shipping and insurance information;
which includes the tracking number, until your account has been credited, or until the replacement
product is received. If the product(s) was not a result of a defect in materials or workmanship,
universalrockshop.com reserves the right not to replace the product.
